Welcome To Hawaii White Mountain Coffee Company
Bringing you the very best award-winning gourmet 100% Hamakua coffee and locally crafted delights from our home along the Hamakua Coast on the lush slopes of Mauna Kea, Hawaii's "white mountain." We currently offer a selection of our luscious Javaloha Slow Medium Roast and surprisingly smooth yet robust Full City Plus Dark Roast coffees as well as our Rare Mauna Kea Peaberry, truly a top shelf experience!
An Unfortunate Setback It is with frusration that we must report the loss of virually all of this year's gulch coffee crop. Two weeks ago, for whatever reason, someone stripped all the coffee cherry from nearly every tree in the gulches of our area. None of the cherry was remotely close to ripe, so it is still unclear why these people felt compelled to pick it. Due to this event, there will be extremely little of the wild-crafted hand gathered gulch coffee this year. We realize that this is a MAJOR disappointment to those of you who have come to appreciate how amazing it is. We hope that whomever did this random act of thoughtlessness will come to see that it takes more than just picking coffee cherries to make a geat coffee...and that they will not attempt to do this in the future.
